Vacuum scraper concentrator is a special machine for the high concentration herbal ointment and food paste, like tomato paste, ketchup, honey jam etc.
Vacuum scraper concentrator is using the special PTFE scraper agitator which can make inside product move under evaporator, so the product will not stick to inside shell wall of the concentrator tank, that can be get vey high viscosity final products.
